"Made in China" is accelerating towards "Intelligent Manufacturing in China"

According to the "Industrial Internet Platform Development Index 2022" and "China Cloud Computing Development Index 2022" released recently, the industrial Internet platform development index increased by 17% year-on-year, maintaining an increase of more than 15% for four consecutive years, and the cloud fever in industry continued to climb.
According to industry insiders, the fast-growing data shows the vigorous vitality of the industrial Internet in recent years, and also reflects that "Made in China" is accelerating towards "Intelligent Manufacturing in China", which provides strong support for making the real economy stronger and better.
Industrial Internet has entered a period of rapid growth.
The mechanical arm swings and flips flexibly, the electronic kanban monitors and displays the operation of the workshop in real time, and the "black light factory" produces continuously for 24 hours ... At present, more and more industrial enterprises present such production scenes.
The National Research Center for Industrial Information Security Development recently released the "2022 Industrial Internet Platform Development Index" (hereinafter referred to as the "Index"), which is a "barometer" for observing the development of the industrial Internet industry. Its data monitoring is connected with 62 industrial internet platforms across the country through public service platforms, and it is calculated by using industrial equipment, industrial models and industrial apps, developers and service enterprises as key indicators, covering 41 industrial categories of raw materials, equipment, consumer goods, electronics and energy.
The data shows that in 2022, the development index of industrial Internet platform reached 251, a year-on-year increase of 17.23%, and maintained an increase of more than 15% for four consecutive years. The number of industrial apps on key platforms expanded to 291,100, an increase of 54.16% compared with 2021, and entered a period of rapid growth.
Industrial Internet is becoming the key support for the transformation of China's manufacturing industry from "Made in China" to "Intelligent Manufacturing in China". The "Tenth Five-Year Plan" for the Development of Digital Economy proposes that by 2025, the application penetration rate of industrial Internet platforms will increase to 45%. According to the data of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the industrial Internet has been fully integrated into 45 national economic categories, and the industrial scale will reach 1.2 trillion yuan in 2022.
"As the key support and path of digital transformation, the industrial Internet is increasingly active in the application of new technologies and the cultivation of new industries. In 2022, the empowerment effect of the industrial Internet platform gradually became prominent, and the number and area of service enterprises continued to expand. " Li Li, deputy director of the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center, said.
Through the cloud thermal index of the industry, we can also see that the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry continues to deepen. According to the "China Cloud Computing Development Index in 2022" released by China ICT Institute, the application of cloud computing in China has expanded from the Internet to traditional industries, and the proportion of industrial cloud has reached 11.6% in 2022.
"The cloud usage of traditional industries represented by industry, government affairs and finance is catching up. With the deepening of the concept of' using the cloud to give wisdom', the cloud usage scale of related industries will continue to expand." Wei Liang, vice president of China ICT Institute, said.
The industrial chain has obvious functions of empowerment and intelligence.
At present, 35 key industrial Internet platforms in China have connected more than 85 million sets of industrial equipment, and accumulated 9.36 million service enterprises. The role of industrial chain empowerment and intelligence has become increasingly prominent.
Shandong Huamei Biotechnology Co., Ltd., located in Pingyin County, Jinan City, is busy for the coming production hot season. An industrial internet has connected the upstream and downstream industrial chains of rose production in series.
When purchasing raw materials of roses, the purchaser scans the two-dimensional code and inputs information such as the harvest grade and quantity of flowers with one click, and automatically generates a purchase order; In the drying and freeze-drying workshop, the numbers on the big screen are constantly beating by intelligent monitoring, which provides reference for intelligent production scheduling and personnel deployment; Production, processing, circulation and sales data are collected on the quality code platform, so that after-sales traceability can be based on evidence ...
"With Inspur Yunzhou Industrial Internet Platform, we have realized the interconnection of human-machine data, the efficiency of rose collection and settlement has increased by 90%, the efficiency of collaborative processing has increased by 30%, and the per-unit yield line can save labor costs by more than 100,000 yuan per year." Zhang Jifang, general manager of Shandong Huamei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. said that at present, more than 30 similar enterprises have accessed the industrial Internet platform, and the coordinated transformation of the industrial chain and supply chain has accelerated.
From the perspective of industrial chain supply chain, the index shows that industrial APP focuses on production and operation links, and strong chains complement each other into new themes. In 2022, the total proportion of industrial apps in operation management, manufacturing and operation and maintenance services exceeded 64%.
"Open cooperation has become an important way for the coordinated development of various industries, and the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain are more closely coordinated." Li Li said that under the influence of the global economic situation, enterprises' demand for strengthening external collaboration has increased, and the demand for "strong chain replenishment" is strong. The number of supply chain management apps has increased by 51.1%, actively promoting the optimization of industrial chain and supply chain services and improving support capabilities.
From the perspective of enterprise's own development, digital intelligent transformation has also brought about changes in improving quality and efficiency for enterprises. According to the data of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, more than 2,100 high-level digital workshops and smart factories have been built in China, of which 209 are demonstration benchmark factories. Through the analysis of these 209 enterprises, it is found that after the intelligent transformation, the product development cycle of enterprises is shortened by 20.7%, the production efficiency is improved by 34.8%, the defective product rate is reduced by 27.4%, and the carbon emission is reduced by 21.2%.
Continue to release the power of manufacturing upgrading.
Looking forward to the next step, many parties are actively deploying, accelerating the large-scale development of industrial Internet, promoting the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, and constantly releasing the power of industrial upgrading.
This year's government work report puts forward that "vigorously develop the digital economy" and "accelerate the digital transformation of traditional industries and small and medium-sized enterprises, and strive to improve the level of high-end, intelligent and green".
Jin Zhuanglong, Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that China's industrial economy is large, and the digital economy ranks second in the world, with broad prospects for integration and development. It will focus on the breakthrough and application expansion of digital technology, and increase the integration and development of informationization and industrialization.
Among them, in vigorously promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry, we will study and formulate a roadmap for digital transformation of key industries and cultivate a number of digital transformation benchmarks. Deepen the integrated application of "5G+ Industrial Internet", promote the popularization and application of industrial Internet to industrial parks, and build a number of 5G fully connected factories. Build a number of world-leading smart factories and smart supply chains.
The top-level design has been continuously improved, and various localities have made "moves" to promote the digital transformation of manufacturing industry: Jiangxi will accelerate the promotion of the innovation drive of platforms such as the National Virtual Reality Innovation Center; Guangdong plans to promote 9,000 new industrial enterprises to carry out technological transformation in 2023, promote the digital transformation of 5,000 industrial enterprises, and drive 100,000 small and medium-sized enterprises to "use the cloud"; Anhui plans to build 100 provincial-level typical demonstration projects of digital transformation every year from 2023, with the highest award of 5 million yuan for the projects included in the typical demonstration ...
"A new generation of information technology and manufacturing development resonate at the same frequency, which is expanding the broad prospects of integration and innovation, empowering more industries, and high-quality development is full of vitality." Li Li said that the next few years will be a crucial period for the development of core technologies of a new round of industrial revolution in China, such as "industrial internet" and "intelligent manufacturing", and China manufacturing will usher in a leap-forward development.
